Goditi un'esperienza unica

+ I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, with most of the places I wanted to visit conveniently nearby. The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel’s décor was beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout. I would also like to give special recognition to Roberta, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Her welcoming attitude made a positive impression and contributed to my experience at the hotel. Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s location, comfort, and beautiful design. There is some room for improvement in the reception service, as I had to wait almost five minutes without being acknowledged while the receptionists were attending to phone calls. A simple acknowledgement would have made a difference to the guest experience.

- The customer service at reception was disappointing. I waited 5 minutes to be attended to while one receptionist was on the phone. When a second receptionist came to the desk, she also immediately took a phone call rather than acknowledging or assisting me. I understand that staff may be busy, but I would have appreciated a simple acknowledgement and better attendtioon to guest waiting in person.
